SGTN has been privately held since 1998 and will remain so. Sergeant is the legal surname of the holding family. It is not a brand, not an investment vehicle, and not a defense contractor. There are real veterans in the family tree; the current registrant is not one of them. He just answers to Sergeant at the pharmacy, spells the name out loud, constantly, to receptionists and airlines, and would like to keep the email address that finally matches it.

SHAREHOLDER BENEFIT PROGRAM Actually named Sergeant? Investor relations will take your inquiry: write to domaininfo@sergeant.com, state your name, which we will be able to spell, and we can talk about an @sergeant.com address. No terms are filed here. Volume note: roughly five insiders have exercised in twenty-eight years.

Non-insiders may also write to that address, but see the Rulebook first. It is short.

Exchange rulebook, complete edition

RULE 347 (THE ONLY RULE) SGTN is not for sale. sergeant.com is the real surname of a real person. It was not bought to flip, it is not parked, and it is not "just sitting there." It is receiving a family's email, which is the entire and sufficient business model. All buy orders are rejected under this rule. Stop asking.

Frequently attempted workarounds, all covered by Rule 347: "what would it take," "everyone has a price," "my client prefers to remain anonymous," "final offer," "FINAL offer," and offering less money than the previous person as a negotiating tactic.

Appeals process: there is an inbox, domaininfo@sergeant.com, and there is a counter at the top of this terminal. Appeals increment the counter.
